If you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering who am I. As a college senior on the brink of graduation, I can confidently tell you that I am figuring that out every single day, but I’ll let you in on what I know so far.
I am a Public Relations major at the University of Georgia juggling applications for jobs, internships and graduate school. When I’m not working on class projects, I serve as a marketing intern for ME Marketing Services creating social media content and writing blogs about the industry. In the evenings and weekends I get to play dress up and work as a key holder at the downtown Athens boutique, American Threads.
When I get a break from “adulting,” I enjoy cuddling up on my bed with a book, a real book. I’m currently plowing through A Song of Fire and Ice, which I can assure you is no easy feat. I have also read the Harry Potter series four times. However I am more than a bookworm. I am also a devoted movie buff. Some families hike, some families travel, my family plops down in front of a flat screen (or a silver screen) laughing and quoting our favorite lines from our treasured flicks. From Gone With The Wind and Singin’ in the Rain to Training Day and Inglorious Bastards, I am constantly fascinated by the magic of movies.
Now that you know a little bit about me, please feel free to explore this site and get acquainted with my work. You will find classwork, writing from various internships, and even a few personal writing pieces. Please don’t hesitate to comment or contact me with any questions you may have.
